A Question of Sport
This wasn't a particularly large job, but it isn't often I get to see my work on television.
One evening I received a phone call from Charlene at BBC Manchester. She said was looking for someone to produce the Japanese word for "hello" in graphical form for use in a forthcoming edition of the TV quiz show "A Question of Sport". I faxed back a suitably large rendering of the word for their graphics department to play with.
The programme was eventually broadcast on January 16th 2004. I hope the BBC don't mind me reproducing the following clip from the programme:
